Yes, that’s right, we have paid out over $100,00 in referral fees so far this year. That is a lot of money for simply referring a commercial loan to us that closes and having to do none of the work.
While most of our marketing is centered on generating loans from actual owners of CRE we also generate a good amount of business from loan referrals. Most of us know a business owner or someone who may own an apartment building so there’s a good chance you could earn a referral fee by simply letting us know if a person you know is looking to refinance or buy a commercial property.
The amount we pay is based on the size of the loan, but generally speaking, we pay 10-15% of any commissions earned to our referral partners with some earning more for referring multiple loans.
Simply put, the more business you send our way the more you will earn and the more we will pay you.
